Welcome! My name is Sara Bowman, and I am from Ventura, CA.

A little about me: I strongly believe in personal growth and always strive to learn new things. One example is that I already have my bachelor’s degree from CSUCI, but I try to consistently be in a class to gain more knowledge and experience. Another example is that I am passionate about traveling, even solo traveling! As of 2025, I have been to 20 countries and 12 of them I did alone. I love how I have gained so much more knowledge, confidence, problem-solving skills (while under pressure), and exciting memories. I have collaborated with VC Social on my writing, academics, and social media work.

I have written two blogs:
“Do You Think You Got What It Takes to Solo Travel?” and “Beyond the Page: Embrace the Power of Audiobooks.” I have even collaborated with other influencers who worked with VC Social, when creating a podcast called “Learning in Lockdown” and made a small business spotlight on a local chocolate shop in Ventura, California.
